- All those fancy diets (Mediterranean, DASH, MIND, Nordic) basically say the same thing: eat plants, whole grains, healthy fats, and less processed junk. Who knew? 🌱
- Intermittent fasting works... but probably just because you're not eating late-night snacks.
- Keto works for quick results but *shocker* we don't know if it works long-term. Because maintaining a 90% fat diet is totally sustainable.
- The Harvard Plate Method (their actual useful bit): Half your plate = veggies/fruits, other half = whole grains and protein.
